How many pages do I get?

You get as many pages as you need for your website. A typically starter site might be five pages, for instance, but your website might need more or less.

How long does it take to get my new website?

The timeline varies. Factors include the complexity of the site, your availability and whether or not you have content (text) and images ready to go. Our projects typically involve a lot of collaboration, feedback from clients and updates based on that feedback.

I need a website and I’m overwhelmed. How do I get started?

How much input do I have?

Your input is essential. Launching a new website requires a commitment. Success depends on your commitment and our collaboration. As professional web designers, we can advise you on what works and what doesn’t. It’s a partnership.

Do you only create WordPress sites?

Yes. We use WordPress because it is one of the best-known, most widely-used content management systems available. WordPress has a well-deserved reputation as one of the best tools at hand for creating high-quality, responsive, mobile-friendly websites.

Do I have to be local?

No. We have clients all over North America. You can be located anywhere. We can work together using email, Zoom, instant messages and mobile phone.

Will you maintain the site for me?

Regular maintenance for your website is important. You want to keep your site running smoothly and securely so your customers can have the best experience possible.

For best results, you should also consider a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) plan. SEO helps keep your site visible to the most customers possible.

Can I update the website myself?

Yes. While many of our customers prefer to have us maintain their sites, you can make any changes you want yourself. You own your website. We can work with you and teach you how to make simple changes.

Customers typically take over site content after delivery while hiring us to do the technical maintenance. We can update the site content, too, if that is your preference.

Will my website be mobile-friendly?

Yes, your website will be ready for mobile from the get-go. For many consumers, their phones are the primary way they use the internet.

Who writes the content for my site?

Typically, you write the content. You know your business best. If you wish, 573 Web Solutions can assist you in creating content.

Content creation is provided at an additional fee. Please be sure to mention this need when you request a proposal from us.

Can you provide pictures and images for my site?

Yes, we can purchase images for your website. Your own pictures are often better. Some customers prefer to hire a professional photographer for pictures of their storefronts, offices, vehicles or staff. Image licenses may involve an additional fee.

What if I need help down the road?

I already own a domain. Can you still work with me?

Absolutely. Whether you purchase your domain through 573 Web Solutions or elsewhere, we can work with you on developing a website that best fits your needs and your budget.

I already have a website. Can you help me update it?

That’s a definite maybe. We can’t tell you this without a thorough look at your existing site. A site that is several years old or hasn’t been updated can be a challenge. It may be better to start over with a new site but we won’t know without a technical study of your site.

My site is hosted somewhere else. Can you still work with me?

If you like your hosting service, you can probably keep it. We can usually work with any WordPress site hosted anywhere. If you’re unhappy with your hosting, we can transfer your site to one of our preferred providers.

I want to be on the first page of Google. Can you help?

What you’re asking for is called Search Engine Optimization (SEO). SEO is one of our core services and is essential if you want to get the most from your website.

Most clients prefer to subscribe to one of our SEO Service Plans.

We use the latest SEO practices, but please note that many factors influence search rankings, so we cannot guarantee specific results.
